Jamey Schmitz
Jamey Schmitz serves WLMB as the President and CEO. He represents WLMB and Christian television by serving on the Board of Directors for the National Religious Broadcasters. Jamey’s duties often take him to Washington D.C. to lobby for Christ on the airwaves before Congress. Jamey is a loving husband to his wife Rachel and father to four beautiful daughters.

Aaron Darr
Aaron Darr, graduate of Cedarville University, has served WLMB as a producer, writer, and director since March 1999. Aaron oversees WLMB’s current productions including RadiantTV, Main Street, Pastor’s Point, The Great Unboxing, and many other spots and specials throughout the year. He and his wife Jessie are active in their church and enjoy spending family time together with their four children.
Sr. VP of Business Affairs & Programming
Jennice Moylan
Jennice oversees Programming and Finances, bringing years of leadership and organizational experience to the team. She spent eight years as a Membership Manager with the YMCA, where she developed a passion for serving and mentoring others. Jennice has been married to her husband, Tom, for 40 years. Together, they adopted six daughters and enjoy spending time with their children, sons-in-law, and grandchildren. In her free time, she loves camping, baking, sewing, and painting.
Account Executive
Scott Zaborowski
Scott Zaborowski has been serving at WLMB as Account Executive since August 2019. His job includes commercial sales and assisting production team in the filming of commercial spots. Previously, he served as youth pastor at Church of the Cross and manager at LifeWay Christian Bookstore for 22 years. Scott has been married to his wife, Julie, for 28 years and they have been blessed with four children — Scotty, Madi, Ella, and Grace.

Danny Proshek
Danny serves as a broadcast engineer. He fulfills the role of Master Control Operator while also managing The Great Unboxing Store
Traffic Manager
Jessie Darr
Jessie serves in the programming department as the Traffic Manager. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Aaron and their family and engaging in her many hobbies that include gardening, beekeeping, biking, and hiking.
Office Administrator
Summer Salvetti
Summer has served as WLMB's Office Administrator since June 2026, overseeing communications and managing donor data. She danced professionally with a Christian ballet outreach for two years and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in English at Bowling Green State University. Originally from the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia, Summer enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, where she appreciates the beauty of the Lord’s creation.
On-Air Host
Virginia Bossa
After 28 years of service at WLMB, Virginia retired in 2026 and now serves as the co-host of WLMB’s Share-a-thons and flagship show, WLMB In Focus. She has served in broadcast ministry since 1995 and partnered with WLMB since November 1998. Virginia enjoys spending time with her awesome husband of over 20 years, Ben, their four amazing children, Jared, Katie, Tyler, and Hunter, and two grandchildren.
