WLMB Spring Share-a-Thon Nightly Giveaways
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who: (i) make an online or phone
donation during the Spring Share-a-Thon broadcast days (April 7, 2026, through April 14, 2026) or (ii) call 1-800-218-5740 during the Spring Share-a-Thon broadcast days (April 7, 2026, through April 14, 2026) and
provide the "word of the day" announced each day to the phone operator. Callers providing the
correct "word of the day" will be entered into that day’s daily prize drawing (with a limit of one
daily prize win per household) and will receive one entry into the grand prize drawing held every night from April 7-14, for each valid daily call-in. No donation is required for any entry method,
and donating does not increase chances of winning. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal
residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry,
and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting (the
“Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies,
suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each
are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable
federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these
Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.
In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting as final
and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state,
and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online, by phone, or by mail starting on or about
March 1, 2026. All online and mailed entries must be received by April 7, 2026, 12:00
PM EST. Phone call-in entries must be made during the daily Spring Share-a-Thon broadcasts
(noon to 11:00 PM EST each day from April 7, 2026, through April 14, 2026, or as
announced) by providing the correct "word of the day" for that day. Daily prize drawings will
occur shortly after each day’s broadcast ends. The grand prize drawing will occur on April 14, 2026.
4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by: (i) making a donation of any size to
WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting via website or mail; or (iii) calling 1-800-218-5740
during the daily Spring Share-a-Thon broadcast days (April 7, 2026, through April 14, 2026) and providing the correct "word of the day" announced that day. No donation is required for any entry method, and donating will not increase
your chances of winning. Call-in entrants providing the correct "word of the day" will receive
one entry into that day’s daily prize drawing (with a limit of one daily prize win per household)
and one entry into the grand prize drawing on April 14, 2026, for each valid daily
call-in. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a
prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be
disqualified at the sole discretion of WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting. You may enter
multiple times (e.g., once per day via call-in for different days per household, or via multiple
mailed/donated entries per household), and you must fill in the information requested. You may
not enter more times than indicated by using multiple addresses, identities, or devices in an
attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to
circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of
WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting.
5. Prizes: Winners will receive the following prizes: Up to 8 daily prizes, one per day from
April 7, 2026, through April 14, 2026, with a limit of one daily prize win per person,
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") ranging from $200 to $700 each, total ARV for daily prizes
up to $4,000; and one Grand Prize to be awarded on April 14, 2026, total ARV for grand prize up to $1,000. Total ARV of all prizes: up to
$5,000. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. Prizes are awarded "as is"
with no warranty or guarantee. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at
Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including
without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of
the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the
cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for WLMB
TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of
advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds: The odds of winning a daily prize depend on the number of eligible entries received
for that specific day’s drawing, with each entrant limited to one daily prize win throughout the
Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of valid call-in
entries received across all broadcast days from April 7, 2026, through April 14, 2026.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random
drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Daily prize winners will be selected each day
from April 7, 2026, through April 14, 2026, at approximately 10:50 PM EST, with each
household limited to one daily prize win throughout the Sweepstakes. Grand Prize winners will
be selected in a random drawing on April 14, 2026, approximately at 10:50 PM EST, from
all valid call-in entries received during the broadcast days. Winners will be notified by phone to
the number they provided during entry within five (5) days following each winner selection.
WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive
notices due to winners’ incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information, or if the
winner is unavailable when contacted. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible,
fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to
timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be
forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by a winner of the prize offered in this
Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and
regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT
SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S
DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS
WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content, you understand that WLMB TV-
40/Dominion Broadcasting, anyone acting on behalf of WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting,
or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law,
without any further notice, review, or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use,
worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your
entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice,
likeness, image, or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news,
publicity, or information and for trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes
related to the daily prize drawings and grand prize drawing, without any further compensation.
This grant is subject to any limitations imposed by law.
9. Terms: WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, non-authorized
human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration,
security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes across the period from March 1, 2026, to April 14, 2026. In such case, WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting may select
winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken,
including for daily prize drawings and the grand prize drawing. The Sponsor also reserves the
right to disqualify any individual or household who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry
process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or the Sponsor’s website, or who violates these Terms
& Conditions. Entries may be voided to maintain the Sweepstakes’ integrity, including but not
limited to multiple entries from the same household from different IP addresses, excessive
entries from the same household computer, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical
means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine
the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and
should such an attempt be made, WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting reserves the right to
seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering the
Sweepstakes, you agree to receive mailed newsletters periodically from WLMB TV-
40/Dominion Broadcasting. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by
contacting WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting.
10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless WLMB TV-
40/Dominion Broadcasting and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies,
partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any
liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or
indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the
Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion
thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any
computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any
transmissions or telephone or Internet service, (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part
of the entry process or the Sweepstakes, (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the
administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, occurring across the period from March 1, 2026 through April 14, 2026, including daily prize drawings and the grand prize
drawing.
11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA AND OHIO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW
DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any
and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of
or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of
class action, exclusively before a court located in Ohio having jurisdiction. Further, in any such
dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby
waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable
attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with
entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied
or increased, for disputes arising from the Sweepstakes period of March 1, 2026, through April 14, 2026, including daily prize drawings and the grand prize drawing.
12. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated

13. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail
your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: WLMB TV-40/Dominion
Broadcasting, 825 Capital Commons Drive, Toledo, OH 43615, USA. Requests must be received
no later than April 28, 2026.
