WLMB Spring Share-a-Thon Grand Prize Giveaway

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: Open only to legal U.S. residents 18+ as of entry date. Void where prohibited. Employees of WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting (“Sponsor”), affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, suppliers, and immediate family/household members are ineligible. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

2. Agreement to Rules: By entering, you fully accept these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions as final.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries accepted February 16-April 7, ending at 10:50PM during the live Share-a-thon Broadcast.

4. How to Enter (No donation required):
   • Call 1-800-218-5740 during broadcast (April 7, 1:00PM-11:00PM) and provide the “Code Word of the Day” announced on air → 1 entry.
   • Donate any amount online, by phone, or by mail February 16-April 7 during broadcast → 1 automatic entry.
   • LIMIT: 1 entry per person/household (call-in OR donation). Multiple entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize: One (1) grand prize: $800 Airbnb gift card for a 3-night stay in a 2+ bedroom cabin for lodging and $400 Visa gift card for food and travel expenses.
   • ARV: $1,200.
   • Non-transferable, no cash substitute. Winner responsible for all taxes/fees. Awarded “as is.”

6. Odds: Depend on total eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification:
   • Random drawing April 7, 2026, ~10:50 PM EST.
   • Winner notified by phone within 5 days.
   • Must claim prize within 72 hours or forfeit; alternate selected.

8. Rights Granted: You grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotion without further compensation (unless prohibited by law).

9. Terms: Sponsor may cancel/modify if fraud or issues impair fairness. Tampering may violate laws; Sponsor may seek damages.

10. Limitation of Liability: Entrants release Sponsor and related parties from all liability tied to participation or prize.

11. Disputes: Governed by Ohio/U.S. law. Resolved individually in Ohio court; no class actions.

13. Winners List: Mail self-addressed stamped envelope to WLMB TV-40/Dominion Broadcasting, 825 Capital Commons Drive, Toledo, OH 43615. Requests due by April 30, 2026.
